Warner Center Business Park | Woodland Hills, CA

Warner Center Business Park is located at  20920-21051 Warner Center Lane, 20931 and 20951 & 21041 Burbank Blvd in Woodland Hills, CA. This property comprises 12 low-rise buildings with 346,302 SF office space on 24.41 acres. The buildings were constructed from 1982-1984. This park is located 1/2 half miles north of the 101 freeway on DeSoto Ave.  It offers a  campus environment with lush landscaping and an abundance of free parking. In March of 2020, the Los Angeles Planning Department approved a master plan to redevelop Warner Center Park.  The proposed project calls for the phased construction of 12 buildings containing:

• 841 rental apartments
• 168 condominiums
• 1.14 million square feet of office space
• approximately 80,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space

The project's master plan calls for flowing pedestrian pathways between structures to create a campus-like setting. The new buildings will consist of high-rise and podium-type buildings, including towers ranging between 15 and 24 stories. Construction is expected to occur in eight phases, with completion anticipated in 2035.
