Warner Center Business Park is located at  20920-21051 Warner Center Lane, 20931 and 20951 & 21041 Burbank Blvd in Woodland Hills, CA. This park is located 1/2 half miles north of the 101 freeway on DeSoto Ave.  It offers a  campus environment with lush landscaping and an abundance of free parking. In March of 2020, the Los Angeles Planning Department approved a master plan to redevelop Warner Center Park.  The proposed project calls for the phased construction of 12 buildings containing:

The project's master plan calls for flowing pedestrian pathways between structures to create a campus-like setting. Construction is expected to occur in eight phases, with completion anticipated in 2035.
