(March 17, 2020) – IBC Industrial, LLC, a full-service real estate investment and development firm, announced today the execution of a 37,500 square foot lease with Admiral Beverage Corporation, a Boise based Pepsi bottler. The space is located in a newly constructed 67,500 square foot industrial building on Norco Way in the Nampa submarket. Additional buildings in the park are in the planning stages of construction and are an expansion of IBC Industrial’s 2.5 million square foot Treasure Valley industrial building portfolio.
